1. Seller and status

This version describes balance top-ups and hero access after paid purchases launch. Real payments are not accepted and Robokassa is not connected. The legal model and documents require final review before launch; this page is not a currently operative sales offer.

2. Subject and price

A top-up supplies in-game accounting units, shards, to the player’s Steam game account in Hidden Trials. Shards provide access to custom game features, including premium heroes; no physical delivery is involved.

Rate: 1 RUB = 10 shards. 200 RUB = 2000, 400 RUB = 4000, 600 RUB = 6000 shards. Any positive whole-ruble amount from 1 RUB is allowed; fractional amounts are not accepted.

Troll Warlord, Crystal Maiden and Spirit Breaker each cost 2000 shards. Heroes are unlocked separately in the store using shards, without a fixed expiry while Hidden Trials and Dota 2 remain available. This is not a promise of perpetual operation or a waiver of statutory rights if access ends.

Shards are not money, electronic money or a Steam Wallet balance. Discretionary conversion back into money is not offered; statutory refunds remain unaffected. Purchases do not transfer rights to Valve materials.

3. Before payment and acceptance

After launch, the player opens the Hidden Trials store, selects “Top up” and chooses an amount. Before paying, the player must have access to this offer, payment, delivery and refund terms, the data policy, seller details, recipient SteamID, shard quantity and final RUB amount. Do not pay if you disagree or the details are wrong.

The proposed launch procedure is that full payment of the invoice for the specified account, after the terms have been made available, accepts the offer under Article 438 of the Russian Civil Code. Viewing the site, using the calculator and creating a link are not acceptance. Payment does not replace a separate data consent where one is required.

Repeat Steam authorization is not planned for payment via a link from Dota 2. Making the documents available before payment, displaying and allowing verification of the recipient account, and recording the terms version are requirements for the future payment integration. Their implementation and verification have not been confirmed. Purchaser legal capacity and legal representative consent follow applicable law; this site does not invent an age threshold.

4. Payment and access

Shards are credited automatically following successful payment confirmation, usually within seconds or minutes and no later than 24 hours after confirmation. Opening a link, returning to the website or an incomplete payment does not by itself confirm payment.

Payment is made via an external link from the game. Robokassa is planned, but real transactions through it have not launched. This website does not accept card details. See payment terms for receipts and delivery terms for delays.

Check the shard balance and hero unlocks in the game. Hero access relates to the corresponding game account and availability of Hidden Trials and Dota 2; the lack of fixed expiry does not remove statutory obligations.

5. Claims, cancellation and refunds

To locate a transaction, provide the payment reference, date, amount and SteamID, describe the issue and the requested resolution. You may attach proof of payment with unnecessary banking details hidden. Do not send your Steam password, CVV, full card number, passport details or other unnecessary information.

Requests are answered and justified refunds are fulfilled manually within no more than 7 calendar days from receipt of the request. Stricter mandatory legal requirements take precedence. A decision does not start a new seven-day period; reviewing the request does not extend the original deadline.

Missing credits, erroneous or duplicate payments, unused balances and spent shards are assessed on their merits; there is no blanket ban on digital purchase refunds. The circumstances, performance and mandatory rights are considered under the refund terms.

Mandatory Russian law overrides terms that restrict those rights. Statutory liability is not excluded. New purchases use the version available before payment; later website changes do not by themselves worsen the terms of an already paid purchase.

6. Rights and personal data

Hidden Trials is an independent custom game. Dota 2, Steam and hero artwork belong to Valve Corporation; no affiliation is claimed. Monetization rights and NPD eligibility for this model have not been independently confirmed.

Data is processed within lawful grounds and purposes described in the policy. Merely having an external link does not send SteamID or payment records to that service during ordinary site viewing.

The legal classification of access and actual data processing arrangements must be settled before sales. This version does not certify legal readiness.
