Before you begin
Answers to common questions about the Hidden Trials store.
Can I pay on this website?
This website does not accept payments. Once real payments launch, purchases will start in the game: “Top up” → external payment link. Robokassa is not connected yet.
Do I need to sign in with Steam?
No additional Steam sign-in is required here. Shards are credited to the Steam game account that initiated the top-up in Hidden Trials.
How much does a premium hero cost?
Troll Warlord, Crystal Maiden and Spirit Breaker each cost 2000 shards. 200 RUB = 2000 shards. Unlocking has no fixed expiry while Hidden Trials and Dota 2 remain available; it is not a promise that the project will operate forever.
Can I choose a different amount?
Yes: 200, 400, 600 RUB or any positive whole-ruble amount, starting at 1 RUB. The rate is 1 RUB = 10 shards. Fractional amounts are not supported.
What if my shards do not arrive?
Crediting usually takes seconds or minutes and no more than 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Contact Discord about missing credits with the payment reference, date, amount and SteamID. Never share your Steam password or full card details. Delivery terms.
How do I request a refund?
The owner handles refunds manually. Contact Discord with the payment reference, date, amount and SteamID. Both unused and spent shards are considered according to the circumstances and applicable rules. Refund process.
