Digital delivery
Version dated 15 October 2026. Real sales have not launched; their effective date has not been set.
1. Digital purchase contents
A top-up credits shards to the Steam game account for which the payment link was created in Hidden Trials. No physical goods are shipped and there is no separate physical shipping charge.
Troll Warlord, Crystal Maiden and Spirit Breaker each cost 2000 shards. Heroes are unlocked separately in the store using shards, without a fixed expiry while Hidden Trials and Dota 2 remain available. This is not a promise of perpetual operation or a waiver of statutory rights if access ends.
2. Crediting and timing
Shards are credited automatically following successful payment confirmation, usually within seconds or minutes and no later than 24 hours after confirmation. Opening a link, returning to the website or an incomplete payment does not by itself confirm payment.
Check the balance in the game store. The maximum period runs from successful payment confirmation, not link creation. Real payments have not launched; these terms describe the process after launch.
3. Missing credits and checks
Contact support if shards are missing. Failure to credit within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation exceeds the stated deadline. You may report a problem sooner.
Primary support: Discord. Official inquiries and claims: borisbazievv@mail.ru. If Discord is unavailable, use email.
To locate a transaction, provide the payment reference, date, amount and SteamID, describe the issue and the requested resolution. You may attach proof of payment with unnecessary banking details hidden. Do not send your Steam password, CVV, full card number, passport details or other unnecessary information.
The owner manually reconciles payment and credit records. Depending on the case, crediting is corrected or a refund is made under applicable rules and the purchaser’s lawful chosen remedy. A new deadline or remedy is not imposed in place of statutory rights.
4. Game and hero access
Using purchases requires the corresponding game account and access to Dota 2 and Hidden Trials. This website neither creates Steam accounts nor asks for passwords. An unlocked hero has no preset expiry while the game and mode remain available.
Shards are not money and discretionary cash withdrawals are unavailable. Platform restrictions, game changes or loss of access do not cancel consideration of lawful claims or refunds. See the offer and refund terms.
